Our Day- of- Coordination service officially begins three months prior to your wedding date. At that time, we step in to review all your plans , confirm final details, and work closely with your vendors to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding day. This service includes 10 hours of service.

What’s Included:

Initial Planning Meeting

• Full review of all existing plans and vendor contracts.
• Discussion of wedding vision, timeline and priorities.
• Two meetings a month to discuss wedding plans.

Timeline Creation

• Customized, detailed wedding day timeline.
• Timeline distributed to vendors and wedding party.

Vendor Coordination

• Confirm arrival times and responsibilities with all vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors before and on the wedding day.

Rehearsal Coordination

• Attendance and direction of a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal (scheduled for day before or day of wedding)

Wedding Day Management

• Full coverage on the wedding day by a Lead Coordinator and Assistant.
• Management of the setup of ceremony and reception spaces.
• Oversight of vendor arrival , setup, and performance.
• Directing the ceremony processional and recessional.
• Maintaining the wedding day timeline and troubleshooting any issues.
• Assisting the couple, wedding party, and families as needed.
• Ensuring all personal items, gifts, and keepsakes are properly packed and sent to the designated person or vehicle at the end of the night.
